new park



We went to a new park today. It is situated in a ritzy neighborhood so I thought parking will be free. Well, I was wrong. The parking fee is not really much so I did not complain about it. It is a nice park where people can walk to the end of a concrete pier and fish. What I do not like is the fact it is built under a bridge. I told the husband it is an accident waiting to happen. I may be just being morbid though. But I think it would have been better if the park was built farther away from the bridge. Accidents happen and sometimes it does happen when you least expect it. Anyway, I am not too eager to go back there. I still love the park near the house. This one has a beautiful marina with gorgeous plantation houses and it is far from any bridge.
