The husband invited his son and his wife to eat dinner with us last night. They said they were gonna have pizza and watch a movie so I was not expecting them to come at all. But guess who came knocking on our door just a few minutes after we got home from the grocery store? You're right, the couple. So I fixed them burgers with the offer of eating what they want from the food we have like macaroni salad, potato salad, rotisserie chicken (which I bought from the store since I was having a major craving for it). Nobody touched the rotisserie though, clearly nobody liked it but me and the husband 
The kids stayed until eleven and the way the husband talked, they did not want to go home yet so he offered them the little man's room for the night because he was ready to go to bed. They declined and decided to go home instead. That was the longest those two have stayed for a visit. It was fun since I got to watch Bride Wars without having to rent it and the little man enjoyed the company as well. He even sat in his brother's lap while playing with his toy. What's more important is the husband loves it. He always likes to be around his kids.
