I have been addicted to perezhilton.com ever since I opened it and started reading on the headliners. Either one of the kids typed the url on our pc's browser (I'm thinking might be the teenager). I like the way they present the news and gossip about celebrities sometimes applauding them for doing good most of the time criticizing them all for reason. Anyways, I opened the site yesterday and that's when I read a very disturbing news about actor Patrick Swayze. Remember GHOST? I watched it when I was in grade school and loved it except for the times when my parents who were watching with me made me cover my eyes for the explicit scenes. I feel in love with the movie to think that I had a hard time understanding the dialogue since English is not my first language. I feel in love with the lead actors too.

It was made public yesterday that Patrick Swayze is suffering from pancreatic cancer, said to be one of the deadliest of all tumors. And he is only in his fifties. Sad. He seemed to be a good guy, and for a celebrity is living a life contrary to what most actors do. I was impressed when the news said that he has been married to his wife for more than 30 years. Pretty amazing for a celebrity couple. I also like his song She's like the Wind. I hunted it down last year just to listen to it again not knowing he was the singer. He is such a talented person and it is sad he is sick.

 Let us all pray that he will recover from this. I am sure I am not the only person who hopes he will recover from this one and be all right again.
