What are some of your new year's good luck traditions?

*My mom used to collect some coins and when the new year comes she put the coins in a bowl and shake it to create sounds. She said its a good luck for a money throughout a year. And also wearing dotted dresses on new year don't know why. CC/chalyza/keep

*  1. Always have some kinda noodles on the table on new year's eve. And if we can, prepare lots of food.

    2. Papa always fills every container in the house the day before. So that it will remain full the whole year round ( water, salt, sugar, rice, etc. )

    3. Makes a lot of noise as the clock strucks twelve to ward off negative vibes. poray/jhaps/porangag
