The husband's daughter and her husband bought a new house. It is a beautiful two-storey, four bedroom, two and a half baths, with a two car garage. The works! She had it on a good deal actually. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the house. It was the second she showed us. They had been looking around for houses on nice neighborhoods and I should say this one they decided to buy is great. They are prepared for this purchase. Prior to this, they looked around for a bank to get the best mortgage rates to help them with their mortgage in their new house. The husband is proud of the kid's choice. It will be a nice place for their growing family. They already have two and their oldest is younger than the little man. But they are managing pretty well. We joked that if the economy gets worse then we will just move in with her and she said that was the idea, lol. We visited the house again yesterday in daylight since it was dark when we went there the first time. It still is the same beautiful house. It did not disappoint. I hope they will keep it and stay in it until the kids grow. They all need to stay in one place for stability.
Because he went to bed early last night, the little man was up early this morning. He crawled up on my side of the bed whining. I knew then he was hungry since he skipped dinner. I got up and gave him milk and crackers and let him watch cartoons. We have been up since. I don't think he has plans of going back to bed anytime soon. In a way it is a good thing so I can do my online stuff earlier than usual and when the husband leaves for work I will be able to clean the place up. It will be our usual Monday morning routine here. I hope to take a nap later in the day if the little man will take a nap. If not then I will have to wait for bed time
