Like most women, I love to shop. Unlike most women though, I hate to spend money on an item unless I really need it or it is on sale and I need it. You get the point. I love to window shop, looking for stores where I can possibly get good deals on clothing or toys or household items. I am not an impulsive buyer anymore. A long time ago I was one and it did not just hurt my budget, it hurt me too looking at items I bought which I don't have any use of. In this tough financial times, I am learning to just buy the basics. So as much as I would love to have designer clothes, most of the time I opt for trendy clothes but friendly on the wallet.

Just yesterday I went to the store to get a pair of bermuda shorts that was on sale. It was not only comfortable, it was also affordable. The fact that I like the fit and the husband liked it on me were added bonus. One does not have to break the bank just to get pretty clothes because if one looks hard enough she will find real treasures.
